Registration Instructions

To register your child, please submit the following items by email (scribblespreschool@gmail.com) or directly to the school office. In-person submission is preferred, especially for new families. You may also register electronically by completing the forms below.

1. Registration Forms

Submit the appropriate registration packet for your child:

Threes Program 2026-2027  Registration Packet
Pre-K Program 2026-2027 Registration Packet
Introduction to Preschool 2025-2026 Registration Packet

Also include:

Scribbles-N-Bits Registration (if applicable)
Summer Camp Information (if applicable)

2. Registration Fee

Include the non-refundable registration fee with your forms.

3. Enrollment Agreement

Sign and date the Enrollment Agreement included in the packet.

4. Authorization Forms

Sign and date the Authorization Form included in the packet, which authorizes:

Field trips
Nature walks
Website and photo permissions

5. Parent Permissions

Sign and date the Parent Participation Form included in the packet.

6. Medical Forms

Complete the Universal Child Health Record with your child’s physician. Additional forms are required if your child:

Has asthma
Has allergies
Requires medication at school
Cannot be immunized due to medical or religious reasons
Please let us know at registration if any of these apply so we can provide the appropriate forms.

7. Final Checklist

Be sure to submit:

Signed Registration Forms/Packet
Signed Enrollment Agreement
Signed Authorization Forms – Website Permission, Field Trip, Cell Phone, and Email Authorizations
Signed Parent Participation Form
Registration Fee and Tuition Deposit (checks payable to Scribbles Preschool, Inc.)
A small photo of your child (send in July or prior to the first day of class if registering later; you may mail or email it)
Completed medical forms (if applicable) are due at the same time as the photo.
Children cannot attend class until all medical documentation is received, or appropriate exemption forms have been submitted.

At Scribbles, we expand our family and make new friends daily. We are always delighted when some of those new faces are referred to us by the happy families of our existing students. In fact, we consider those referrals the highest compliment and honor. It is no surprise, though, that many of our students come to Scribbles as the result of a personal recommendation. After all, what better way to learn about our school and our programs than to hear about them from a good friend!

Refer-a-Friend Program
Do you know someone who might like to attend Scribbles? Refer a friend to Scribbles preschool, and upon the new student’s registration, both the new student and referring family will receive a $100 tuition rebate!

How does it work?

• Pass this flyer along to your friend or fam­ily member* along with a welcome packet obtained from the Directors.
• Simply detach the bottom portion and in­clude it in the new student registration.
• Upon registration, both the new student and referring family will receive a $100 tuition rebate!

The refer-a-friend tuition rebate program is our small way of saying thank you for helping us grow the Scribbles family!
